proper QT with Cupramine

Hello there.
Came down with the bad news, all but my Blueface got hit with Ich. Fortunately I only have five fish altogether. Nevertheless, I am setting up a 75 Gal QT.
I have QTd all these fish before using hypo to no avail. So now I will try Cupramine.

Please provide a quick rundown on "how to".

Thanks Kevin. Would you recommend it? Have you done it before?

When I have to use copper I use cupramine ... but for ich I prefer hyposalinity which is easier to use and less harsh than any copper.
