Proper silicone tubing size for 2.1 doser

What is the recommended size of silicone tubing for the 2.1 doser? This would be the tubing from the doser to the dosing containers. Would like the ID and OD sizes please. JP

I use regular air like tubing, 1/4" size. The stuff you can get at a petco.

I use vinyl airline tubing, though silicone would be better as it doesn't leach plasticizers.

1/4" ID, or OD? I understand there is vinyl and silicone, I was asking for the most correct size for a good seal on the connectors to the doser.
