My osmolator which is way past warranty was acting up. Without hesitation Roger told me to send it in. Apparently he worked on it the same day it came in. Hecalled me and said it was testing out fine but wanted to make sure what the issue was. He went ahead and replaced some parts that may have caused issue and even upgraded a component. That combined with great products to begin with is why choose Tunze when possible.
