I just thought I would tell everyone here that PA is a first class operation. I have spent some serious amounts of money with them and they have been there for me from day one.

Special Thanks goes out to Jeremy, he had taken so much crap from me and Proline, I cant beleive he hasnt snapped. From the begining he will treat you with respect and will not BS you. He tells it stright, and I value that.

Thanks

And his crew, without the expert packing jobs, my BK300, and Aquacare 4 reactor would have never made it in one piece. Heck they even put feet on the bottom of the box so if the UPS guy couldnt read, he would know what direction to throw it. :D

And all of the "almost there" written on the layers of cardboard help when your trying to see your new baby .

The whole PA crew makes this hobby worth it.

To the whole PA crew, THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for the compliment Pat, I greatly appreciate it! I know we've had a couple of issues, but hopefully everything has been worked through on all ends now. I know that Proline is trying to only help as best as they possibly can.

John Y. the warehouse manager here wanted me to pass along a thank you as well. He was responsible for the insane packaging! :)

Yeah, I thought about adding another layer, but Instead I went for the the feet and personal message to UPS on the bottom of the box. ;)

Glad it made it safe, and thanks for the kind words!

Unfortunately, no. I always forget untill its too late.

Maybe Pat snapped some shots?

I didnt take a picture.....darn. But there was basically two layers of cardboard added to the original box that was shipped from Proline. And at the bottom was 4 in square feet, basically 3 layers each.

Ya know, after all of the marking and feet that were added, the box was at my doorstep on its side..... Gotta love UPS.

LOL Yeah, they do make me wonder sometimes.

I have an idea to stop that problem, you just need to order something else large so I can test it out. ;)
