Ok guys - further to a previous thread, I am planning to add a Stichodactyla haddoni to my 8x2x2 tank to host a new pair of clarkii clowns that I'll be getting. I've read the FAQ's etc. and was wondering if anyone can offer species specific advice on how to provide a nice "spot" to locate the animal in teh hopes it will like where it is put, and say there. I know this is hit and miss, but if I can increase my chances.......
Do they like random flow, or steady flow? I have read "moderate" but what about flow pattern.
I have read they like to live in the sand, not on the rocks, so that will put him in the front half of teh tank automatically.
Lighting..... intense or less so..... I have 250W SE MH's - I could raise or lower them in the specific area to increase / decrease intensity.
Any other tips?
Many thanks,
Matt
