Does anyone have a brilliantly colored PBrn Tang that just is a freak of nature?

I mean, geeze Mine is CONSTANTLY darting at his reflextion in the glass... with his yellow ring LIT eyes and the tail a goin'... its a "hoot"...

i disagree- not ich, but challenging the "other" powder brown (his reflection. thats why you shouldnt have 2 in the same tank.

I hope that it is alright. I have always found that extremely bright colored fish have been collected with cyanide.

Ive had him for almost a year... if not a year.... no he as well as all my other fish go into QT for a month before being released in the display... My tangs were Hyposaline treated for a month....

He has always done this... always, and always look wonderful, just has a freak when he sees himself in the glass....

his eyes STAY bright yellow ringed... and he is very colorful...

No, the place I got him from does NOT use cyanide, I know for a fact.. I work at a LFS so I know all the wholesalers we order from... this place is reputable in that aspect...


I think hes traumatized from my Achilles being in with him for so long...

is that a possibility...
