Puerto Rico shipping charges, why so High?

I just did a comparison for the shipping charges of same 4 items between Marine Depot and other retailer; the MD shipping charges were $129.33 vs $36.40 of the other retailer, both via USPS Priority Mail.

I'm a supporter of MD but a $95 shipping difference is excessive. I would suggest a revision of how the shipping charges are calculated. Also I haven't seen the use of USPS flat rate boxes in shipping, that could help lower shipping charges. Just a couple of suggestions because I would like to continue buying from you.
