Puffer Problems

Yesterday My g/f calls me at work all frantic because my porc puffer (3") is getting his butt eaten by my humahuma trigger( 4") and my lunar wrasse (7"). She manages to catch him and put him in a breeder net.

I get home to find what looks like his intestines comming out of his but about 3/4 inch long. He is freaked out and stessed even when i try to hand feed him which I used to be able to do.

Today he is doing alright, swimming around in his little net, he eats a little but not a lot like he used to.

I hope that he will be fine, anything that I can do to help him out? I am proably going to get rid of the wrasse and the trigger since the puffer is my fav.

update:
I let him out of his net after the thing comming out of his butt came off and he is swimming around. seems weak cause the current is as strong as he is but the wrasse and trigger are not paying him much attention. He is looking for a little cave to lay down in and proably sleep.

Awww... the poor thing.

I too would have gotten rid of the aggressive fish.

How big of a tank do you have? I wasn't aware that you could have a puffer and a trigger together.

Hope the puffer is feeling like its old self again... soon.
