Pulauweh fairy wrasse C. joanallene? Experience please

It's all about the flow
I'm not sure about the common name of this wrasses or even if I have the scientific name correct. It's got a red head, orange body, and blue tail. The stomach is white with a blue line separating the orange from the white. I'm looking for more information from first hand experience with this fish. I am hoping due to it's small size it will be more on the passive side. TIA.

Just some quick photos; this guy is very fast!

They are different. This fish is about 2 1/2" and is already a full male. My iPhone photos don't capture much of the color on the fish.

are the ventral fins black or red?

if they are red, they are the common Cirrhilabrus rubriventralis.

if they are jet black, it's the super rare Cirrhilabrus joanallenae. i've never seen one before.

When you guys say aggressive, would it compare to a six line or mystery or like a melanarus?

I haven't seen the fish flash yet but the ventral fins look really dark red or possibly black I'm not sure yet. I'm going to look around the tank tonight when everyone's sleeping to see if I can get a better look at him.

Here's another quick photo from last night that shows the dark ventral fins better.

I'm about 90% sure that this fish is a male. If it were a female it would have much shorter fins and the colors would be limited to 2 or 3. This fish has 5 different colors and the fins are very long.
