pulse timer help ?

looking for timer to trun my powerhead on and off every 3-4 sec working on project for wave box but can't seem to find timer that can turn on and off my pump every 3-4 secs. please i need help if there are any tech savy hobbiest out there ?

google the term 120V cycle timer, or check on fleabay. hydroponics folks use it to turn on/off pumps. GL C
