Pump does not start in mini BK 160 RD6

Hi: I just bought this skimmer but I'm unable to start the pump. The controller seems to work fine, but it does not turn on the pump. I just wanted to make sure I'm doing it fine. The right bottom button on the controller seems to enter into the programming operation (with the + and - buttons changing the different speeds). However, what is the right top button for?

I wish the Manual had some information on how to program the controller.

I think the upper right is a feed mode button and the bottom one isn’t active but it should fire right up when you power it up via the up and down speed control buttons and there really isn’t any programming. Just use the speed control to adjust the density of the foam. I’m sending you a PM.
