Pump option

Ok, I have a return, multiple tunze, a few maxi jets on a gfo reactor etc. Considering all the outlets taken up and power being used I've been considering just buying one large external pump and running it to a manifold which would feed my reactors, serve as my return, and provide all my flow. As long as there is a gate valve on each line to control flow, is this a viable option?

depending on the size tank you have you can have 2 pumps running your whole tank. 1 for a closed loop, and 1 for your return and manifold to run your other reactors.

Well this is only on a 75g. That's why I was wondering if one could be sufficient for everything.

I wouldn't use just 1 pump for everything, if that pump goes out the whole tank is dead. if you at least use 2 you kinda have a back up for some water movement.

I just recently swapped to a speedwave, it allows for speed control and is very quiet.
