I have a basement sump with a PCX-40 pump for my return. I know this pump is not big enough so I am looking for a new one. I measured all my return PVC and put it in the head loss calculator. I came up with 11 Vertical length in feet, 8 Horizontal length in feet, 10 90 degree elbows, 2 ball valves, and 3 union couplings. I have 1 3/4' coming form the Rubbermaid to the pump then leaving the pump going though the wall to under the stand. I have it split under the stand with a T going to each overflow. The overflows on the tank are rated for 700 GPH each I would be happy to get 500 GPH each for a total of 1000 GPH at a total had loss of 17.59 feet. Is there a external pump that can do this? I can not move the pump up so I dont think i can lessen the had loss any. Thanks
