Pump question

I want to setup my RODI and sump below my tank in the basement. Is there a way i can plumb it all so my external pump to mix my water can also be used as the return from my sump?

I need to get a decent external pump with 12ft of head to get it back up to my tank, was hoping I would only need one.

No. You want your RO/Di water separated from your tank water. No way to do that with one pump. You should set up the RO/Di to discharge into a large trashcan or some other good-sized reservoir. Having it make small batches will wear out your membrane faster. Make as much water as you can at one time. You can put a small submersible pump in the trash can with plumbing to where you will need it such as an ATO or direct to the tank if that is what you want.
