pump stuck in upgrade slave mode

I've seen this question asked a few times but never answered. I go through the upgrade process, and get the green/yellow flash on the master indicating its successful. But then the slave keeps flashing red/white indicating its in slave mode, and wont turn on or switch to any other mode, its just stuck there. What do I do???

Typically this issue is either solved by repeatedly resetting the driver and attempting the re-program again or by sending the driver into us.

I solved it in the first manner. It took 3 tries at performing the upgrade - the key I think is that you have to unplug the slave one before you unplug the master, after you have performed the update. at least this is the only thing I did differently the time it worked. If you test this and it is the reasons, might be helpful to add to the instructions. Also, in general, it might be helpful to change the language about turning on and off (which implies an on/off button to me) to say plug in and unplug.
