just got red sea max 130d tank. starting to think i should not of got it. as i said in my first post the skimmer pump is just so noisy.then one circulation pump was found not working so got a new one. but if you start up the two there a lot of noise and tank fills with bubbles can only have one on at a time . this cant be right

Sorry didn't see your first post are you running some kind of closed loop? You may be sucking air from some where.

Edit

I see this is one of those plug and play tanks. As for the noise I would use something to cushion the equipment that's making the noise as others have said. The bubbles have to be from a leak on the intake of the pump somewhere I would think. Make sure all the inlet piping is tight and together good. Can u run one pump at a time? If you see bubbles when only one pump is running then that's the pump to look at. There may also be something stuck in the piping causing turbulence.

just started second pump and the chamber emptys of water. then it bubbles bad. fire up no1 pump ok same with no2 on it own fine. both that when it emptys

Hold on so the pumps end up running dry if u have both of them on? U have some kind a flow issue going on. Sounds like u end up running the sump out of water or to low with both pumps on. Is there something you can open up to let more water back into the sump or is there a way to dial back the pumps? Sounds like your overflow can't keep up for some reason.
