Purple Anthias ?

i have had them for 3 days and they just wont eat .they swim around but they dont even try the food.at the same time i got some dispar anthias but they been eating since day one . i tried flakes, pellets,cyclopeez, frozen brime and nothing . anyone have suggestions?

the purple ones are more or less impossible to keep. Usaly they need to be feed live atemia, or plankton 8 times a day. They are verry hard to keep, sorry i cant give better news.

man that is bad news. poor animals why would they take them out of the wild if they cant live ??? sucks.

most have internal parrasites too. did you QT them first? dont give up on them until theyre upside down.

wow, good thing I didn't jump at the beautiful fish, my lfs had some for $11 a piece but I passed them up because I hadn't done any reading. Good luck with them.
