Same exact coloring as the Drfostersmith one i got from them Its also a little smaller and not wandering.

I beleive i got a healthy one. I wish ezcompany and those guys would chime in on the status of theirs.

It was in a tank labeled bubbletip. No specific name like purple bubble tip.

trust me this is not a BTA as the foot is never that color and BTA's don't come in these colors. its a mag..

till i got one from drfoster and one from that fish place.

It is a BTA. On that one webstie they identify a purple base bubble tip from jakarta.


Trust me it is and its awsome.

There are such things as red-based and pink-based E. quads. They are among my favourite morphs of that species. In fact, there's one sitting at my LFS right now and if it wasn't for the fact that I sort of think caring for 5 different anemone strains already isn't already sort of too much, it be sitting in one of my tanks already!!! :lol:

I would love to get either type of purple BTA that are in this thread.
The purple with green tip, and the white with purple tip.

Has anyone seen them around anywhere on the web for sale now, or does one of the owners here of either of those specimens have a split for sale?

I did see one at the store that was bleached white with the same colored foot.
