I see thousands of them , and almost never ever see them fat/thick. Same goes with evansi's . My evansi's are far less trouble than my PQ's are tho. We will try and get some updated photo's tonight . My male is showing more red on the dorsal now... If they are turn female or not, i'm not to concerned about this just want to keep them alive =) .

Thanks Peter. I wrote an article about the full care of the P. tukas for Reef Life which was supposed to appear in their winter edition but unfortunately that great magazine is no longer in business! The article should be printed in Reefs Magazine in their next edition and I'll be sure to link it here when it does.

that's unfortunate about Reef Life, i was looking forward to the next magazine . Everything they have released so far was so interesting along with incredible photography .

Here's some updated pictures, unfortunatly my light combo washes out most of the Red i tried color correcting for it but no luck .

Aquarium lightening really washes out the red on dorsal fin, so I am taking photos before lights came on.

Next one is odd because it somehow focused so completely on the aurulentus's face. It's literally split of a second to get a good shot because the fish moves so much.

Thanks, Matt! They are so gorgeous. I see you also have P loris in there. How big are they? some of our P. Aurulentus are huge (~5" nose to tail) with gorgeous streamers but a good bit aggressive.

Hey Diana, yes there are 3 P. lori in there. I'd say they are something like 3" or so. Pretty passive fishes IME. I love the aurulentus and hope to get a bunch some day, but don't really have the tank space for it at this point.

The next group of fish I want to work with in a somewhat dedicated tank is the slender anthias, Luzonichthys, and hopefully figure out why they don't typically do well.

The one finicky eater slowly faded away, which was expected. The other female suddenly didn't do so well and disappeared. Male is ok. No sign of changing back. We haven't added more females but it will eventually happen. Also, we are now using an auto-feeder.

Oh!! You are getting Waiteis! I saw them on liveaquaria a few days ago and the description seems to indicate that they are a deepwater/low temperature specie. Can't wait to see yours!
