Purple Tang ick?

Recently i had to take my purple tang out of the display tank adn into the fuge under it becasue he as bullying the powder blue. He had no cloudy eyes and spots on him prior. Then 4 days later i took him out nad put him back his eyes are cloudy and spotare on him. Could this be due to stress? Teh fuge and display tanks are piped together so it's the same tank but hte fuge is a tiny 18 gallon adn not the 150 gallon display tank. he's been healthy for the past 4 years. I'm at lost with this. I don't want ot stress im out any more by removing al lthe fish in the tnak and going thought QT copper treatment.

treat with a reef safe ich treatment kick ich works well -- wont harm corals. then you need to profilacticly treat to prevent return.
What are water params? Ozone helps too. with ORP at 400

Kick ick doesn't work.
If you're certain he has ich, then you'll need to treat every single fish in that system.
If you don't yet want to go that route, then just put the powder blue into a QT and see if he develops ich.
