PVC Glue

I believe this stuff is reef safe, but wanted to post it up for a double check.
Will be making my durso standpipe and plumbing up my tank in the next couple days. Any advise on using this stuff? Something a noob wouldn't think of? Thanks.

I believe I let mine dry fully and after that it was inert but after fully cured. I'm always really cautious with possible poisonings lol

Yeah me too. I won't put my hand in the tank for at least a day after working with chemicals.

So this stuff looks good? The potable compatibility is the thing I was thinking was important.

Its fine don't worry I've used it hundreds of times. dries quick.

The key is it says on the label for "potable use". That means safe for drinking water / safe for reef tanks. Without the potable keyword, I wouldn't use it for reef plumbing.

It sure does dry quick. I got some on the side of the pipe and didn't even have time to wipe it off...
