PVC Question

OK guys, I am back. Working on getting my tank ready and I need to do some PVC work. My question is to glue or not to glue?

I am plumbing my drain to the sump and my return line also. I have just bought an OM Squirt that I will mount in the hood and I will need to plumb four outlets in the hood.
