PVC thickness for sump

Does anyone have knowledge of, or a link to, something that calculates how thick PVC sheet must be to support various water levels?

I'm contemplating building a new sump out of PVC sheet, and I'm thinking it would be between 18 and 24 inches high, which I think must dictate the required thickness.

Thx!

Not less than 1/4".
I built a sump with 1/4" acrylic the size of a 90 & had to run a brace across the width for bowing, even with baffles.
I would err on the side of safety & use @ least 3/8" with a brace.

I used 1/4” PVC I found on eBay cheap however it was neon green. My sump is a 75 gal glass and I found that at 13” the baffles would bow quite a bit. So what I did was use a piece between the center of the baffles to stop the stress. I will try to post pictures. I also found that the sheets would clue real well together then I would use caulking when the pvc meet the glass.

I think I got
The piece to the far right was used to hold til the glue dried.
