Pylons Tank!

you guys are lucky to pay that little for R0 water because my lfs sells it for 1$ a gallon which is so ridiculous! And Pylon what we are trying to tell you is the anemone is dieing and is on its way out and there may be no way to save it. When an anemone turns white that means it is bleaching and expelling its zoox. There could be many reasons for this water quality, lighting, flow, or the age of the tank can all contribute to its slow demise.I think were just warning you because if it dies in your tank it can cause a tank crash and then you will have nothing left at all it will kill everything.

So, I did a 4 gallon water change yesterday, everyone appeared happy.. I just chcked ym tank when i got home from dinner and my Nem lookes PO'ed he's deflated more then i've ever seen him and his stomach is out a bit.
I left my lights on about 45 min longer when they normall so I think tank might have gotten a bit warmer.

I jsut turned the lights on and he started to inflate a bit..
weird.. gonna keep an eye on it.

Lights have been on for about 15 min or so, somach is back in and he's starting to inflate.. I know he he closes up to go potty, but I've never seen the stomach come up and since acclimation i've never seen him this small.

He looks good now, will try to feed him.. no clue what stressed him out tot he point that he shrunk up and exposed his stomach.

Ate like a champ, sucked down about 4/4ths of a silver side in no time flat, maybe I just need to start feeding him more then 2x a week. He's big open and looks very happy even with he lights off.

Just got back from florida.. the babysitter I had for the tank did a good job.. fish and shrimp are stgill alot.. one thing though..my hammerhead fell off the rocks and the polyps ?fel? off the calcium skeleton.. the polys seem to be fine.. I haven't touched them because I don't wanna harm them.. any thoughts?

So, my frogspawn dropped it's head today.. been reading and it's a signed of reproduction, but i'm also kinda worried because it can be a sign of stress.. This weekend I'm gonna go get the big ten gallon container of ro waster and do some water changes.. I also got some live rock rubble that I put in the back of the tank by the filter basket... should get a water test done Friday too.. kinda worried.

I'm still following along, I hope your frogspawn is reproducing (which would be totally cool), and not just being stressed. Good luck!

Wow has time passed! the one year mark this week!
I just spent some time speaking with Gerald at IPSF.com, talking about an order that'll help spice of the tank some, I can't recommend IPSF.com enough. Awesome guys. I hope to have my order placed soon.
I haven't really bought anything except in the last two weeks where I bought some red mushrooms (with blue spots) and three nice frags of zoas. Those two corals have been doing well in my tank.
I had an issue of some red algae growing on my rocks, I didn't know what it was.. I tried to feel it and it felt like rock.. It's slowing going away now with water changes and the addition of some more turbo snails.
I'll do my best to get some pictures up in the next couple days!
So long guys, and if there are any old subscribers still around I truly appreciate it!

Pictures, Pictures, and more Pictures!

One of the new Zoas I bought, the lights just turned on so some of them are still opening
