Pyramid snail question

I recently lost a nice Squamosa to the lil buggers. My other 3 clams are fine but I noticed that I have quite a few dead Nassarius snails. Do pyramids kill themalso? I think I read somewhere that they do. If so..I guess it's time for a 6 line

I believe that pyramids are species specific as to their prey. It may be that you have more than one type in your tank. The best wrasse I have found to control these pests, especially the larger types which attack clams, was a lightning wrasse, although others such as the six line are also reported to be effective,
