how the hell do I get rid of these pyramid snails muckin up my tank with their mucus strings? Is there any type of fish or invert that will eat them?

Vermetid/vermatid snails. No, there are no definite predators for them, AFAIK. There are scattered anecdotal reports of the copperbanded butterfly, a blenny, and such eating them.

Do they look like these?

Out of curiosity, why get rid of them, aside from the occasional mucous nets? They remove particulates from the water and process any water-borne waste (as well as being fascinating imo, but that's obviously subjective). If you're set on it, though, I find physical removal to be somewhat effective if harsh on the hands.
