Q: 250 or 400w for Radiums on a 150 gal

Guys I am wanting to change my M58 ballast to e-ballast so I can try out the Radiums. My Q: is for my 150 would you go 250 x 3 or 400? I run 3x400wx12k Reeflux now. Will I like the look that Radiums provide? I also supplement with VHOs.

I do not know your dimension of your 150 gallon. My 150 gallon is 48"L X 24"D X 30"H and I run 2 400W on Vertex ballast with Radium 20K. I like the way the Radium 20K looks in my tank. Since my tank is 90% SPS I need the usable light to reach the sand. My LB mini reflectors does the job well.

400's definately. I have 2 x 400 on my 85 gallon, color of acro's are intense. Growth is awesome.
