Q & A Slipping at Marine Depot

Hi,

I am disappointed at your customer service. Usually service is great. But this is terrible I have never received my order. I have waited 6 days. My expensive corals have no food! The order was never shipped! No call or email from customer service! I spoke to a rep today and he said I will receive my order tuesday!!?? Thanks for taking my money as well!!

Thanks for the feedback, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our Customer Service. I can understand how frustrating this can be. I'm not exactly sure what might have happened, sometimes it can be a credit card issue that we were waiting for a response for or simply an item on backorder. In any case you should have been notified.If you can provide me with an order number or contact me directly, I would be more than happy to further look into the situation for you.
