QT setup for Centropyge

Other than water changes to keep ammonia down, is there a ammonia removal product that works well and is safe while administering these two medication?

No. I don't believe any ammonia removal (chemical) product works with Cupramine. If you use en established biological filter it should be fine. I also put a ammonia alert badge from Seachem in the tank, just in case.

Would you consider a hang-on aquaclear 300 filter with sponge be sufficient for a 20g QT? I plan on doing 25% water change every other day if necessary. Is it true/false that Cupramine affects biological filter negatively?

LargeAngel, in your experience, is it no normal for fish to lose their appetite once these two medications are added. Last week I brought home a juvenile imperator (3") and a mystery wrasse (2"). Both were in the tank eating very well for three days until I added the medication. Since then and it's been 4 days now, neither one will touch any food, and I've tried various things. The wrasse is in one corner and the angel in the other. There is very little attivity going on and it makes it seem like they're just waiting for something to happen. Breathing seem normal and they both seem very relaxed. Just worried that they are not eating.
