Quality skimmer for beginner?

My 110x FOWLR is not currently going.

Fish will likely be:
2 False perc clowns
3 yellow tangs
5 blue reef chromis
1 dwarf flame angel


I currently have a AquaC EV-240 for the skimmer.
I only have 25" of clearance in the stand.

Would I be better off with a EUROREEF or ASM instead of the EV-240?

I love my euroreef. They seem to be the consensus for a good skimmer. Before you buy, however, doa search on here or on google or on ebay for "blemished" euroreefs! I got mine for way less, and it was a brand new euroreef with a full warranty! All it had was a black mark on the tower.

Here we go again.

The ASM is less expensive but slightly less robust.
The ER is more robust but costs more.

If you want to skim your reef the ASM will do a great job, as will the ER.
Both seem to be less troublesome to keep tuned than the AquaCs.

If you want to play kick ball with your equipment, better ante up for the ER
