quarantine tank needed

Anyone in or around the Milford area that might have a 15 or 20 gallon lying around I can buy or trade frags for. It can be all scratched up. I'm buying some fish tomorrow and need an extra quarantine tank. If not, how many of you use a 10 gallon for quarantine? What would I be capable of holding (fish size) in there for 4-6 weeks?

i have a 15g 24X13X13 or something like that....... paid 35 or something liek that used it for about 1week as a sump then got a bigger tank for my sump

Thanks Joe and Rich, but I really need something closer to home. I won't have time to travel out and get these as I'll be preparing for the fish as it is tonight. Perhaps I can use a rubbermaid container temporarily until I get a tank.

Vince, I really believe in QT livestock, so I'll loan you a new 29 gal. You can pick it up tonight. I'd loan you the old ones, but I'm QT things myself.

Well, I've got my livestock in quarantine now and realized I can kill two birds with one stone since I still need to add another quarantine tank. My son's freshwater tank (15 gallon tall) is no longer adequate in size for his fish so I'm going to upgrade him to either a 20 high or 29(preferably) and use his 15 for quarantine. So my request for tanks is on again. SaltwaterDaddy, thanks again for offering up your tank(s), but I know those you'd need in the long run so if anyone has a 20 or 29 LMK. I can either pay cash or trade for frags.
