i want to set up a quarantine tank and need some input on what it should include in the way of filter, circulation, lights, etc. i want the bare bones for this tank since it will be used mainly for the frag swap and then not much after that for awhile.

Here's view of my set up for coral QT. Basically, its a 20g with a PC light, a PH and a small heater (not pictured.) I plop a bag of carbon in and a sponge that sits in my sump in for biological filtration. Eventually, I plan to pick up a cheap skimmer. If you do use a skimmer, it may need to be shut off if dosing any meds.

QT for fish is approached slightly different. No lights, include a hiding spot and use a completely different dedicated tank.
