Quarentine routine for large Angelfish

I currently have a false, true , blue line and regal angel in QT

The first three are in the same system. The regal is in another. I have had good results treating the regal with cupramine and prazipro.

When I got the false, and blue line the vendor told me not to use copper on these fish as they are super sensitive. I am wondering what you all think about QT larger angel fish with copper. I was thinking of keeping level around 0.4

He recommended a product called Clout from Mardel. From reading this forum, I recall only 3 agents are proven, copper, hyposalinity and tank transfer

What is the best way to QT large angelfish to ensure they are ich and parasite free. These are beautiful fish I have to make sure to do this right.

0.4mg/l is likely too high for angels. I have read that some users here treat with Cupramine @ 0.3mg/l successfully. Chloroquine phosphate @ 40mg/g (10mg/l) is also a possibility.

I've recently switched to 90 percent quinine sulfate usage. The fish tolerate it very well. As far as copper usage on large angles goes; it's much less harsh than on dwarf angles.

I am using 0.5ml per ten gallons keeping level 0.375
Per Copps recommendation

Blue line
False pers male
True pers female

I have treated multiple angels at .5 copper with no problems. I recently switched to chloroquine phosphate but have yet to test and see it's results. Heard nothing but good things though...

I went with that exact dosage on an Asfur recently, he did stop eating and I was forced to bring the copper down a little. It took two weeks for him to eat again, but sometimes we just have to make it through that treatment period. He is symptom-free and doing great now, got the appetite back a few days after removing copper.

I have had great results with cupramine on large and dwarf angels. I have been pretreating in QT and their appetites seem to increase vs waiting for symptoms to appear and treating after the fish is weakened.
