Question about Anemone Foot

I had blacked my tank for 3 days to help kick the small hair alge problem I've been having. Yesterday was the first day w/ having the lights back on. I gave my RBTA a large piece of shriimp, which he ate. This morning 1/4-1/2 of his foot is no attached to the rock and there is a puff stringy looking substance (white in color) stuck to his body. Is that waste?

I'm concerned because I've never seen that much of his foot not attached. I tested the water w/ lights out ph 8.2 Alk 11dkh
Thoughts?
Thanks ed

it was prolly trying to move to seek out more light. Or, the sudden onset of lights again might have shocked it into moving! either way, the fact that it ate sounds like it's ok. Just keep an eye out on it bc it sounds like it's on the verge of moving (which isn't always a bad thing, unless it runs into corals and stings them)
