Question about Coco worm...

I recently purchased a Coco worm that has almost a foot long calcareous tube. I was wondering if it's possible to trim the bottom of the tube to make placement in the tank easier, or if it will be at all detrimental to the worm itself.....thanks!

I wouldn't do that, you'd be leaving a hole for predators and stressing it out. They stress easily to begin with.

Just so I'm clear, it already has a hole at the bottom of the tube...is that not supposed to be? Or does that hole not go all the way through?
