Question about GHL stand-alone dosing unit

I would be ordering the 4pump version

Pump1 - Calcium
Pump2 - Alkalinity
Pump3 - Magnesium
Pump4 - RO/DI top-off

Can I connect some GHL optical float switches so that the 4th pump knows how much water to pump due to evaporation?

no, if you want to have a "smart" dosing unit which is able to react on some signals you must use a ProfiLux and a standard dosing unit
