Question about ich shield

I bought a bottle of ich shield by New Life Spectrum (Chloroquine) as new.
However, there is no seal after opening the bottle.

Can anyone who purchased a bottle of shield, tell me if a "new" bottle is supposed to have a seal?

I ordered it new from Amazon and the bottle I received also has no seal. I guess that's how the pack it.

Ich shield powder doesn't have a seal, I can't remember if the food with it in it has a seal or not. With the food the fish don't seem very interested in it when i have tried it out at the LFS my buddy owns, plus the stuff has a really funky smell to it so I can't imagine why the fish would be reluctant to eat it:fun5:

The food one has a seal and you're right. Most of my cichlids hate it.

I haven't tried it in saltwater tanks
