Question about new tank?

Just setup my picotope with all new saltwater and i took some liverock from my reef of about 3 years. This might be a stupid question but i shouldnt have a cycle right? I need to move 2 shrimp soon into it and want to be sure. Thank you

You might have a small cycle, but nothing to worry about. I'm curious tho, why the urgent need to move shrimp? Most are fairly benign in a reef tank.
