Question about order...

Im about to place an order and i have a med Achilles Tang in my cart that still shows its there, but they are no longer available on your website.. Im wondering if you guys took it off since it is pending in my order or are they no longer available? If there is a way to tell it would help since i don't want to finalize my order unless its still available.

It's probably no longer available, unless you complete your order your choices are not lock in, I learned this from shopping in divers den. LA is a great company and have good livestock. REEFHOTSPOT.COM has achilles tangs in not sure what size. They have good customer service also.

Also, thank you for your compliments. When ordering on line the order is finalized when the submit button is used. The Achilles Tang has been sold and is now on e-mail me status. You may register your e-mail address on our LiveAquaria site and we will be happy to alert you when they are in stock.

You know if you have any at your facility that might be available in the comings weeks? I want to order a few tangs but at the same time and i've been waiting for them all to be in at the same time. Purple, Powder Blue and the achilles tang. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the quick response.. I always get healthy fish from you guys and now are my only source i go through! You know if there going to be in the drivers den or just on the main page? Im already a drivers den alert email customer but wondering if you have a link to get alerts on Achilles tangs only?

The Achilles Tangs we will have available will be listed on the main site. You may sign up for individual alerts for these fish on their item page. At this time, we do not have Divers’ Den update alerts for individual specimens or categories.

Thats what i mean. Can i get a link to the achilles tang page. Its not on your site unless you have the product code.
 
The fish i want are all in as we speak was wondering if the achilles tang will available soon hopefully mon or tuesday next week?

Thank you for your patience. The Achilles Tangs will not be available on our LiveAquaria site for some time. However, the good new is that we expect a few of these beautiful fish available in our Diver’s Den after the 1st of November.

Do you know if you will still have 2-3inches powder blue tangs available thing along with small purple tangs? As i would like to add these together to limit aggression.

The Purple and the Powder Blue Tangs (small 2-3”) are available on our LiveAquaria website. The medium (3" to 4-1/2) and large (4-1/2" to 8") Australian Harlequin Tusks are also available on our LiveAquaria website. We will also have two Australian Harlequin Tusks available next week on our Diver’s Den website. These two incredible fish are 4” and 4 1/2”.

I know you have them now but wondering if you will have any by the time the achilles tang will be available. Since i wish to add them at the same time to limit aggression and better chances of them all getting along.

Thanks Ginger! That is great news! Would you know how the coloring on the 2 Tusks that will become available at Diver's Den next week compares to the recent ones you had at Diver's Den this past week? I liked those, but I was looking for something with a little more blue. Thanks again!

Due to the nature of live items, we have no way to predict availability. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the availability of all three fish at the same time. We would suggest placing the Purple and Powder Blue Tangs in your QT until the Achilles becomes available. This would allow you to add all three to your main tank at the same time.
