Question about PanWorld pumps

I have a question about understanding PanWorld Pump specs - say the 250PS - http://www.panworldamericas.com/PSseries.html
you will see they list several different curves for each model, each a bit different - they are labeled SG 1.1, SG 1.3 and SG 1.5
In the charts, they put a letter suffix after the 250PS for each of these - H, M or L.
What do these mean?
I have a 200PS and was going to purchase another one as backup, and was thinking I would increase my flow a bit (my pipes would handle it easily) - but which of these 3 curves do I pay attention to?

BTW the 200PS is a fabulous pump - I have just been running it a long time without doing any maintenance - ie 6 yrs - so I thought I should get a backup and take care of that.

Hi JohnM99

Thank you for your post, I'm not exactly sure what the H, M or L mean, I did notice that they are part of the model number, also after comparing each one side by side there is a little bit of difference in each pumps performance curve and specs ( not really much of a difference though) I will need to get in contact with our Pan World rep and try get that information for you, which may take a few days. I'll post it here when I get the information.

The PanWorld Pumps are a great pump we great some real nice reviews on them.

Best regards

I think it IS specific gravity - and the L, M and H refer to Low (1.1) Medium (1.3) and High (1.5) - so we only care about the Low curves. I guess these are used in industrial applications with more viscous liquids. Thanks
