Question about Quarantine for Ich

So my 6 foot tank has Ich... I only have a spare 2 foot tank. Will this be too many fish to quarantine (for hypo) in such a small tank?

Flagfin Angel
Moorish Idol
3 Anthias
Bangaii Cardinal
2 Occelaris Clownfish
Coral Beauty
Flame Angel

I'm not really worried about any of them at the moment except for my Moorish Idol as he has stopped eating and hasn't had anything to eat for a few days =(

Should I just quarantine him to give him some relief...

Please help !

If you don't QT all your fish and let your DT go fishless for at least 6 weeks, there is no sense on QT for any of them. Ich, in its various forms, is in your tank and (IMO & IME) letting it go fishless while the fish are being treated is the only way to get rid of it. Read some of the threads about this parasite; and this info will make more sense. BTW; is the Idol the only fish showing spots and how long have you had him? What was he eating before he stopped? Can you describe the ich? Are fish scratching, other symptoms? A pic would really help.
