question about tank raised nems or wild

Ok, so if your LFS is selling nems for cheap like LTA's for $29 and they get them from a west coast supplier. Could you assume that its a wild caught specimen? and would tank raised or clones fetch a higher price because they are hardier than wild caught specimens? Because thats the case right? tank raised clones are statistically hardier than wild ones.
