question concerning todds torch and aneome

Alright, so I had a frag of some torch and yesterday I put a long tentacle aneome in very far apart so no killing could take place. I wake up this morning and everything is kosher and this afternoon torch is tucked all in and very upset. Checked all my parameters and everything is good... all other corals in the tank are happy, no problems only the torch. also he had some kind of brown discharge hanging on him. I dont know if it came from him or what went on. Little help please.

Could be pooping.... freaked my out at first when my corals got all grumpy looking and small then secreted brown stuff. Is the brown coming out of the mouth??

yep coral poop lol ..mine do this a couple times a week..

Just to clarify...if it is indeed coming out of the mouth it's poop....fine. If it looks more like brown jelly then there's a serious problem.

pretty sure it is coming out of the mouth, although we was tucked up so I couldnt tell. I saw him moving though like almost squeezing... at least I think i did. I will take another look
