I bought this 24Watt MarsHydro standard socket grow bulb to supplement my scrubber's 2 cfl bulbs. I've had problems with other grow bulbs "Feit 9W" they only last a month. This new brand has a really large heatsink which is what sold me. I placed a temp probe to the heatsink so I can see how hot it gets in my bucket scrubber. With the cooling fan running it reads 93 F with the fan off it gets as hot as 120 F is this considered ok? Can't leave the fan run all the time because the apex shuts it off when the tank reaches a certain temp. I tried contacting the manufacture forget that.
