Question for Mods

Will I be sanctioned/excommunicated if I post an OT thread for a kids swingset I'm selling? I thought about selling here since everyone is relatively local & this forum seems a lot less shady compared to Craigslist - no offense to shady people out there...

Usually I say it's easy to ask for forgiveness than beg for permission but this time I'm trying to follow the rules.

In all seriousness though, we don't allow selling of non reef tank items, so it would have gotten pulled down.

Imagine how crazy it would get if non-reef items were allowed to be sold/traded. Reefers dumping all they can to get extra cash for our expensive hobby. This forum would get flooded quick with "OT FS" threads. :lol:

Bill here we go again LOL .....how many of these threads have you answered over the years addressed "question for MODs" and its the same silly can I sell something not related in any way to this site and go directly against the posted rules of the site.....all anyone has to do is a quick search and read HOURS of threads describing every reason under the sun why it should be allowed for this reason or that (some very valid) and in the end it always ends with the same answer NO ......lmao.....sorry Its just hard not to laugh after all these years and at least once every few its the same ol same ol thread then a big debate following it lol

Couldn't you just put a glass of saltwater with a xenia polyp on one of the swing seats and claim the set is an elaborate tank stand/light rack?
