Question : MyGHL reports real pumped doses by Doser 2 ?

Hi all

As the title says, I would like to know if MyGHL sofware reports what Doser 2 really pumped.

Example: I tell Doser 2 to dose 50 ml of XX, but for some reason, a lower (48 ml) or higher (53 ml) volume is dosed. Will I see the real dosed volume (48 or 53) in the data provided by MYGHL ?

I am thinking in buying a doser 2 because of MYGHL sofware so I can see in my phone around USA what is going on. With that rational I would like to see what was really pumped and NOT what is expected to be pumped (50 ml). That will allow me to take actions in case an excess or a lower volume was pumped.

Thanks !!!

Hi,

As long as you calibrate the pump regularly, it will continue to dose the specified amount down to a 0.01ml accuracy.

Interesting. Thank you !!!

You have to buy special containers with sensors, like the Neptune DDR containers?

Or you just tell the system what volume you have in your container and from there the system does the math every time it pumps ?

Thanks !!!

Ps: is there any site I can read about MYGHL and DOSER 2 ? How they work together and type of info I can get from MYGHL ?

I was not able to find a description like you can find for Neptune Fusion and DOS system at the Neptune site.

Thanks again

You tell the doser the capacity of each container and it will keep track of the amount of fluid left. After each dose it will do the math and readjust the amount of ml left in the container.

It shows you the fill level of your container. And from that you can see how much it pumped.

Thank you for taking the time to post that screen shot.

Just tell me if this is correct or not.

Let say that for pump 1 you fill the container up to 1000 ml. Now you tell Doser2 to pump every day 10 ml. Day 1 pumps 10 ml and suddenly day 2 pumps 11 ml for whatever reason.

MyGHL software will tell you:

- Day 1 left over 990 ml.

- Day 2 left over 979 (= 990 - 11 ml) or you will read 980 ml

I would like to know if the software extract from the container volume "what you told to pump (10ml) or what was really pumped (11ml)" .

Thank you !!!

no the doser will work on what it was programmed to dose it would not take into account any possible errors in dosing amounts.

The doser is not physically measuring what comes out the tube, it measured by " the programming"
