Question on a Fox Face

My foxface is eats a lot. You can tell because he has a fat stomach. I have noticed though that its fat stomach is not really smooth, with a couple of bumps. Sort of like you can see the shape of its intestines filled with the waste of the food he is eating. Is this normal? or is it supposed to be completely smooth? If so what can it be?

i HAVE TWO IN A 150. bOTH VER VER VERY HEALTHY EATERS....both have the thick chubby bellies your talking about.....neither is lumpy...both are very very smooth....

Mine is eating A LOT! and he has a fat stomach but it does not look completely smooth. What can this be?

This happened to mine but after a few months it smoothed out and isn't noticeable anymore

I have a one spot fox face and his belly is the same as yours but it eats alot. Mine will even pick at the sand bed.
