What would cause my Sunlight Blue Wave 7 ballast to turn on and off over duirng the day. The ballst "on" light stays on but the bulbs go off and then in few minutes they come back on.
Do you have the built-in timer on your unit? It could be a lamp issue, or possibly a bad capacitor in the ballast. Switch lamps first, and see if this solves the problem for you.
