Question on Lighting for a 24 Tank.

I have a 24in Tank that is 23 tall.

Can you guys give me an input on what lighting fixtures would be good for this?

I was planning on 1x150w MH with 2 PC

or

4xT5s.

Planning to build a Reef tank.

I will go with 1x250MH with 2xT5 or go with 5 or 6xT5.
