question on waiting list

Jeremy, I'm on your wait list for the phosban reactor. Last time I was on your wait list it was for the osmolator. When i got my email to order it, you were out, and I was told you guys aren't doing the wait list anymore, and just to order it and wait-cc will get charged when shipped-prolonging my wait even more. Is it the same deal for this phosban reactor? If so I'll go ahead and order-don't want to run into same problem as last time. TIA, lawrence

Hi Lawrence,

I apologize for the trouble we had on the Osmolator. The demand for a few of the Tunze items is so high that we had to take them off a wait list and do preorders through our system only, rather than just an email notification of when things come in.

The Phosban reactor should not be a problem like the Osmolator was. However, to be 100% sure and to avoid this I would prefer to do an actual preorder in the system for you.

Unfortunately no. It seems like they have a set supply that comes in every 2-3 months, once those are gone we are stuck waiting until the next month or so for them.

I do have a used one here at the shop that I am no longer using if you would be interested in that? All parts are there, it just needs a little cleaning. Shoot me an email at jeremy@premiumaquatics.com if you're interested and I will get you a price on it.
